Yes. We work in West Africa Time (UTC+1), which matches UK time during British Summer Time and is one hour ahead in winter, so our working days overlap almost completely.
Do you comply with UK GDPR?
We design systems with UK GDPR principles built in, including data minimisation, a clear lawful basis, appropriate security, retention limits and support for data subject rights, and we can sign a data processing agreement. You remain the data controller for your customers' data.
Can you price in pounds?
Our standard pricing is in US dollars. We can quote in pounds sterling on request.
Is automated marketing email allowed in the UK?
Under PECR, marketing emails to individuals generally need prior consent, with a limited "soft opt-in" exception for existing customers. Every sequence we build includes consent records and a clear unsubscribe.
